Steamboat

Today's my dearest mummy's lunar birthday.. Me and dad decided to make steamboat.. Early morning both of us go for shopping ( ^.^ v ) .. Then i started to prepare and cook..



My steamboat's soup.. Still in process... Lots of sweet corn.. No anchovies or meat, cos mum is vegetarian...... Only sweet corns, carrots and some mushrooms...

Yeah..!! This is my favourite mushroom.. Called Brown Enoki Mushroom.. Smell and taste the best among all types of mushrooms.. Love it especially when u cook it with ' Bah Kut Teh ' .. wakakaka...


Hehe.. Mushrooms and vege.. For my steamboat for 3 person ( bro still having his trip at KL.. ), looks little but more than enough.. The soup is so sweet, we enjoy so much, especially in a rainy day..!!! Feel so satisfied with today's steamboat... Mummy Happy Birthday..!!!
